Are the items priced the same as they are in the park?

The items in the park may not match the exact price as we do apply a modest markup to each item. This ensures we can cover the costs of sourcing, transporting, and providing these items directly to you for your convenience. Our goal is to offer you the convenience of accessing unique and exclusive finds without the need to travel.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping for items listed on our website typically takes 5-7 business days. However, we offer expedited options at checkout if you need your magic a little faster!

Do you offer returns if I’m not happy with my Disney item?

Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. We do not accept returns if the item is damaged, chipped or broken. Contact us within 14 days for assistance.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order, and you’ll always see the final shipping price before you complete your purchase.

I would like an item and it’s not on the website. How do I pre-purchase it?

In a pre-order, you purchase the item in advance via our customer order form and then we personally source the item for you. We head to the park, track down your special item, and ship it out. We do ask for 12 to 24 working days to make sure we have time to travel, locate your item, and then get it shipped safely to you!

Can you personalise Disney items with names or messages?

Absolutely! Many of our items can be customised. Just check the product description or contact us if you have a specific request via our contact section on our website
